11 still trapped in Abuja collapsed hotel building
Eleven persons are still reportedly trapped under the rubble of a four-storey hotel building that collapsed on Monday in Abuja.
Nine other people had been rescued from the building located in the Dape, Life Camp area of Abuja.
The building was under construction as of the time of the collapse.
According to eyewitnesses at the site, the hotel which has an underground facility had no fewer than 20 persons that were initially trapped.
Officials of the FCT Emergency Management Agency FEMA said nine persons had been rescued as of 9pm on Monday.
