2023: Peter Obi Will Fade Away Soon – Omokri

Reno Omokri, former aide to erstwhile Nigerian president, Goodluck Jonathan, has predicted that the 2023 presidential election is a two-man show, saying that Peter Obi will fade from the consciousness of his hardcore supporters.

Making this prediction in a Tweet, Omokri who had been very critical of the Labour Party’s presidential candidate said Peter Obi is just a comical side show that will fade from the mind of his supporters when he meets his waterloo at the 2023 presidential election.

“Peter Obi is just a side show. A comic relief. He is going nowhere and will fade away from the consciousness of even the most hardcore Obidients after he meets his political Waterloo in February 2023. This is a 2 man race between Atiku and Tinubu and Atiku will win!” Omokri wrote.

His remarks come as political analysts have been unable to forecast who will win the presidential race in 2023.

Unlike previous elections where it was relatively easy to anticipate who would win, the 2023 presidential election has been dubbed the most competitive election in the country’s history since the outcome is extremely difficult to predict.
