“Governor Fubara has recorded great achievements in the areas of good governance, restoration and maintenance of peace and unity, and provision of massive infrastructural projects for economic prosperity in Rivers State one year after his assumption of office.

“Evidence of that was seen in the 20-day programme of events and activities to celebrate his first year in office, with the inauguration of the 10.9-kilometre Aleto-Ogale-Ebubu-Eteo section of the old Port Harcourt–Bori road, Elele-Umudioga-Egbeda-Ubimini-Ikiri-Omoku 31 km road; commissioning of the Emohua-Terma road, commissioning of Egbeda Internal roads project in Emohua Local Government Area, commissioning of phase 1 of Port Harcourt Electrical Village and flag off of phase 2 and so many others.

“These are very massive projects which so many administrations had deliberately skipped from reaching the masses. But from the way the Governor is going, you will understand, there are other good things to come. We commend him and he will always have our support,” he stated.
