Seven corpses have been found in the Gidan Makeri Forest near Janjala community in Kagarko Chiefdom in Kaduna State.
A resident, Samaila Adamu, who spoke with our reporter on Tuesday, said the corpses which were already decomposing and suspected to be those of bandits’ informants were discovered by teenagers who went to rear cows on Sunday afternoon.

He explained that it was difficult to identify the corpses, but that, “After enquiry, it was discovered that the corpses are those of the bandits’ informants that were shot by troops as they were trying to escape arrest.”
