ABC Transport implements 50% reduction in ticket price

ABC Transport implements 50% reduction in ticket price

Following Federal Government’s initiative of reducing transport fares on dedicated routes across the country, ABC Transport Plc, Nigeria’s foremost road transport company, on Thursday commenced the implementation of the offer.

According to the transport company, passengers travelling on the various dedicated routes can now walk into any ABC Transport terminal and pay only 50 per cent of the applicable fares to embark on their journey.

A statement from the company confirmed that the immediate implementation of the 50 per cent discount also applies to passengers using the ABC Travel App which can be downloaded from the Google Play store.

“Customers who have the app on their phones can book a trip, pay and get the 50 percent discount from the comfort of their homes,” it stated.

The press release also confirmed that travellers who had booked their tickets on the relevant routes prior to the announcement of the fare slash would be refunded the difference at the point of travel.

The ABC Transport management commended the Federal Government for the initiative, which it noted would lessen the burden on travellers this festive period.

ABC Transport is a diversified road transport operator that has been in the industry for over 30 years, covering passenger, logistics and haulage.
