Abuja estate residents allege police harassment over green area dispute
A civil society group, the Civil Society Alliance for Transparency and Development (CSATD), has appealed for intervention in the alleged harassment of residents at Shell CoopEast Garden Estate in Abuja.
The group explained the homeowners bought properties with the understanding the green space would be part of the estate. However, the group alleged the developer wants to sell it for development, breaking the original agreement.
