In preparation for the restart, the corporation said it had reopened its online ticketing platform, allowing passengers to book their tickets in advance at https://nrc.tps.ng.
It said that tickets could also be purchased at designated train stations along the route.
This is contained in a statement issued on Tuesday and signed by the Chief Public Relations Officer at the NRC, Mr Callistus Unyimadu.
As part of ongoing efforts to enhance service delivery, the NRC said it had reviewed and “reduced journey times following an adjustment of the Temporary Speed Restriction (TSR) in place during previous operations”.
It gave the new train schedule as follows:

Kaduna to Abuja
The NRC expressed gratitude to its passengers for their patience and understanding during the suspension period and reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring safety, comfort, and customer satisfaction on all its services.
