Ade later announced that Njoku had returned the package after his profile was locked by the delivery service.
However, the dispute escalated when Njoku threatened legal action against Ade for damaging his reputation.
Njoku claimed that Ade’s public accusations smeared his name and sought an unconditional apology and removal of the Instagram post.
Ade responded defiantly, welcoming Njoku’s lawsuit.
“Francis Njoku, I am about that life! I want all the smoke. I wait on your human rights activists’ letter or Lawsuit!” she wrote in part.
