AFCON: Air Peace CEO, Onyema, gifts Super Eagles N10M for beating Egypt

promises N50m if they win trophy

Air Peace Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Allen Onyema, has given victorious Super Eagles N10m cash reward for beating Egypt 1-0 in their opening match of the ongoing African Cup of Nations taking place in Cameroon.

He also promised to give the Super Eagles a whooping sum of N50m, if they win the tournament.

Onyema, who made the pledge in Garoua, Cameroon, while speaking to the Super Eagles during half time in their opening game against the Egyptians, said the players carry the hopes and aspirations of over 200 million people and 350 ethnicities on their young shoulders, urging them to give their best and win the trophy.
