Amid PDP Crisis, Wike Embarks On Fresh Trip To Europe + photo

Governor  Nyesom Wike of Rivers State has traveled  to Europe after a media chat where he bared his mind on the crisis rocking the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).

During the media chat, Wike touched on contentious issues such as the alleged senatorial slot offer from Asiwaju Bola Tinubu; what former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar allegedly promised him in London; why he wanted Senator Iyioricha Ayu to step down as PDP chairman, among others.

Our reporter learnt that the governor left the country for a yet to be disclosed country in Europe around midnight of Friday.
A source told Daily Trust that the governor jetted out from the Port Harcourt International Airport in a chattered flight.
A source in Government House who pleaded anonymity confirmed the governor’s trip but refused to state the  actual destination.
” Oga travelled last night around 12 midnight but I can’t say exactly where he is going to”, the source stated.
