Another bomb explosion in Zamfara
Zamfara State has been struck by another bomb explosion, marking the third such incident in just one week.
Security expert and counterinsurgency analyst Zagazola Makama reported on Friday that two explosions occurred—one on the Dansadau-Malamawa road and another on Malele Road.
The blasts caused extensive damage, heightening fear among local residents.

While the full extent of casualties or injuries remains unconfirmed, sources described the destruction as severe. The affected routes are vital corridors in Zamfara State, which has been grappling with widespread insecurity, including banditry.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack. However, the Zamfara State Police Command has pointed fingers at the Lukurawa group, a claim met with skepticism from local residents and some security analysts.
