APC women leader confesses to working with bandits
Aisha Abubakar, a women leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Katsina State, has admitted to serving as an informant for bandits, receiving only N5,000 from a ransom of N9 million and a motorcycle.
Abubakar reportedly orchestrated the kidnapping of five family members of the APC chairman of Tsaiyaya Ward and was compensated with the said N5,000.
In a widely circulated interrogation video, Abubakar detailed how she provided information that led to the abduction of Alhaji Sanusi, his two wives, and three children in the Matazu Local Government Area of Katsina State.
