BBNaija Star Phyna Supports Fellow Winner Imisi Amid Family Feud

Reality TV star Phyna has extended support to Big Brother Naija winner Imisi as the latter navigates a public dispute with her mother.

The feud, which has played out on social media, arose after Imisi’s mother criticised her for perceived neglect despite her ₦150 million BBNaija prize and disclosed the poor condition of their family home.

In a tweet on X, Phyna offered words of encouragement:

“To Imisi, @imisiofficial and to anyone walking through the same fire… I’m praying for your strength. My own experience broke me, but I’m slowly rising. And I’m rooting for you with everything in me, don’t handle it like I did, build strong and focus on you, baby girl.”

Imisi has since apologised publicly, asking her mother for forgiveness and urging her to step away from social media.

Phyna herself has faced scrutiny over family issues, with her father claiming he felt sidelined after her BBNaija win and that he struggled financially after selling assets at her request.

The ongoing disputes have sparked widespread discussion online, highlighting the personal challenges and pressures faced by Big Brother Naija winners after their victories.
