Bill Gates will visit Tinubu on Monday – Dangote
President Bola Tinubu is billed to meet with Microsoft Co-founder, Bill Gates, at the Presidential Villa Abuja on Monday.
President of the Dangote Group, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, disclosed this on Friday at the State House, Abuja, after paying a visit to Tinubu.
He told State House correspondents, “I did not come to do much. I only came to inform the President about our visit with Microsoft co-founder and my friend, Bill Gates.
“We will both see the President on Monday when we come together.”
Bill Gates will also visit Niger Republic, according to a statement.
Gates’ visit to the two countries is to discuss global health and development with national and local leaders, foundation partners, grantees, scientists, and young innovators.
Conversation with students, young leaders in Lagos
The statement said, “Gates will also participate in a conversation with students and young leaders to gather insights and share perspectives on how science and innovation can accelerate positive change and contribute to a brighter outlook for Africa.”
The event, Advancing Africa: Unleashing the Power of Youth in Science and Innovation, is slated for June 21 in Lagos.
