Boko Haram commander, 3 others killed in Sambisa forest
Troops of Operation Hadin Kai have killed four terrorists including a notorious commander of the Boko Haram, one Abu Rijab, during a raid in Sambisa Forest in Borno State.

Intelligence sources according to Zagazola Makama, a Counter Insurgency expert and Security Analyst in the Lake Chad region, said that the troops’ incursion was met by an ambush staged by the insurgents en route to their enclave which resulted in a heavy gun battle.
The troops however, successfully repelled the attack, killing the terrorists and forcing others to withdraw and recovering two AK-47 rifles and a mobile phone.
Unfortunately, one Hybrid Force personnel sustained gunshot wounds and later died.
