BREAKING: Dogo Gide, notorious bandits’ leader reportedly shot dead
Dogo Gide, a notorious bandits’ leader has been allegedly gunned down.
Bashir Ahmad, former special assistant on digital communications to ex-President Muhammadu Buhari, disclosed via his official X handle on Wednesday morning.
Ahmad said Gide died from gunshot wounds sustained during a confrontation with Operation Hadarin Daji (OPHD) troops of the Nigerian Army.
“Woke up to the good news that Dogo Gide, has finally kicked the bucket. The notorious bandits leader died from gunshot wounds sustained during a confrontation with Operation Hadarin Daji (OPHD) forces,” he terse wrote on X.

Earlier, the Defence Headquarters (DHQ) declared 97 suspected terrorists wanted with Forty-three suspects declared wanted in the north-west; 33 in the north-east, and 21 in the north-central and south-east regions.
Dogo Gide was among the list of suspects from the north-west region.
