Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on Wednesday arrested the Director of Finance of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC.
The development raises issues over the implementation of the reports of the forensic audit of the government agency.
The Muhammadu Buhari administration had vowed to get to the roots of alleged corruption cases that was linked to the poor performance of the commission.
Mr. Eno Ubi Otu was as at the time of filing this reports was still said to be undergoing interrogation in the office of the commission.
He said to be answering questions over a particular N25bn corruption case.
