BREAKING: Enugu guber: Appeal Court upholds Peter Mbah’s victory
A three-man panel of the appeal court delivered the judgment in a case filed by the governorship candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Chijioke Edeoga.
The election of Gov Peter Mbah of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has been affirmed by the Court of Appeal sitting in Lagos on Friday, November 10.

A three-man panel of the appeal court delivered the judgment in a case filed by the Enugu governorship candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Chijioke Edeoga.
The court affirmed the judgment of the Enugu Tribunal delivered on September 9, 2023, by the Hon. Justice K.M. Akano-led tribunal.
All three issues subject to the appeal were resolved in favour of Mbah.
