Jose Peseiro’s men had many chances to kill off the game but failed to take them.

The Eagles matched the firepower of the host country in the game, which was a contrasting performance from the one against Equatorial Guinea on Sunday.

The win takes them up to second place with four points, level with Equatorial Guinea who hammered Guinea-Bissau 4-2 earlier in the day.
