Buhari seeks N819bn supplementary budget approval to fix infrastructure

President Muhammadu Buhari has asked the National Assembly to approve a supplementary budget of N819 billion to fix broken infrastructure across the country.

The request was read by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Gbajabiamila, at plenary session in Abuja on Wednesday.

He said the 2022 flooding had badly affected infrastructure nationwide, adding that the supplementary budget would be used to finance infrastructural projects.
