Emefiele faced allegations of financial misconduct, the award of multi-billion Naira and dollar contracts, as well as fraudulent activities.

Aisha Ahmad’s involvement pertained to her alleged acquisition of shares in Polaris Bank, Titan Bank, and Union Bank. Additionally, she faced inquiries about the sourcing of $300 million to finalize the acquisition of Union Bank by Titan Bank.
