Cook-a-thon: Jubilation as Chef Dammy surpasses 100 hours
Jubilation agog Ekiti as Miss Damilola Adeparusi aka Chef Dammy surpassed the 100-hour cooking record earlier set by Chef Hilda Baci.
She broke the record early Tuesday morning and is on her way to set a new record – of 120 hours cook-a-thon done by an individual.
Chef Dammy, a student of the Federal University, Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE), started her marathon cooking task at 12 noon last week Friday, in a small kitchen with little ventilation.
Besides being a chef, Adeparusi is also a poet, songwriter, and editor. Her official social media pages carry these titles as well.
