Herbalist storms Kwara Govt House over unpaid 2019 consultation fees

There was a drama in the Kwara State Government House, Ilorin on Wednesday as an unidentified man appeared in fetish dress had attempted to forcefully gain entry into the complex while security operatives struggled to restrain him.

The herbalist dressed in a red gown with a white garment tied around his waist was seen chanting incantations against the police officers who were trying to stop him .

Some motorists and other passersby said the herbalist was demanding full payment of his consultation fees running into millions of naira from Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq and some leaders of the APC who contracted him for the 2019 general elections.

Although the man did not state specifically how much he was owed and who exactly owes him, he was shouting that stakeholders in the APC Kwara consulted him for the 2019 polls and he made them win the elections but they had failed to fulfil all promises made to him .

“I’m not looking for anything, but Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq must pay me all my money today ” – the herbalist was said to have shouted in front of the government house.
