Drama as suspected yahoo boy runs mad in Abuja

There was a mild drama in Dutse-Sokale junction along the ever busy Dutse Alhaji -Bwari road, Abuja, when a young man suspected to be an internet fraudster (yahoo boy) ran mad in full public glare on Friday afternoon.

The suspected Yahoo boy, who was shouting several names and was making strange statements nobody could understand, was earlier spotted in the Dora Garden area of the Sokale community before he proceeded to the busy junction.

A resident of the area, who claimed to know the boy, told onlookers that the suspected yahoo boy bought a car for his father not too long ago, adding that his mother was late.

While some residents of the area who came out to take a glimpse at him at Sokale junction linked his problem to his alleged involvement in internet fraud, other blamed it on possible abuse of drugs or spiritual problem.

PlatinumPost gathered that it took several hours before about five boys said to be friends of the suspected internet fraudster showed up and forcefully took him to a white garment church not far from Sokale junction for a possible deliverance.
