DSS mastermind attacks and killings in the South East – IPOB

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has alleged that the Department of State Services (DSS) is the mastermind of the attacks and killings in the South East.

IPOB, in a statement on Tuesday by its spokesperson, Emma Powerful, claimed the DSS was secret sponsor of Islamic State of West Africa Province (ISWAP) and other terrorist organisations in Nigeria.

He also berated the DSS for alleging that the Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele was sponsoring IPOB activities with CBN funds.

He also berated the DSS for alleging that the Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele was sponsoring IPOB activities with CBN funds.

“DSS as an institution has displayed yet again ignorance and stupidity by saying that Emefiele uses CBN money to sponsor IPOB. This latest DSS false accusation against Mr. Emefiele shows how clueless and uninformed they (DSS) are about IPOB activities.
