Nigerian musician, Eedris Abdulkareem has reacted to the death of a missing Vanguard journalist, Mr Tordue Salem.
The missing journalist was found dead in Abuja on Thursday evening after he went missing on Wednesday, 13th October 2021. https://dailypost.ng/2021/11/12/missing-journalist-tordue-salem-found-dead/
Reacting to the sad incident, Abdulkareeem took to his Instagram page querying the cause of his death and state of insecurity in Nigeria.
His post read: “The Vanguard journalist he was declared missing in Abuja he was now found but found dead. what killed him or who killed him?
“What is his offence? He was proudly Nigerian @61, I’m not. He was a husband his wife would see him no more and as a father his daughter will see him no more. What kind of country is this?”

Before his death, the late Benue-born journalist was covering the lower legislative chamber of the National Assembly until he was last seen on Wednesday, 13th October 2021.
It was gathered that Salem left in a public cab for B.J’s garden with a female relative situated close to Total filling station, opposite Force headquarters after the close of work.
From the garden, he reportedly flagged a cab for the lady who left before him, informing her that he was going to Area 8, Garki. But was never seen until his remains were recovered on Thursday.
