EFCC releases VeryDarkMan after five days in detention
Social media activist, Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, has been released from the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) after spending five days in detention.

The news of his release was shared by former presidential candidate and activist, Omoyele Sowore, via his X (formerly Twitter) handle.
Sowore wrote: “Thanks to the unrelenting efforts of all, @thatverydarkman has been released from unjust detention at the @officialEFCC! He is with his ebullient lawyer, @adeyanjudeji.”
