Enugu State ‘super polygamist’, Chief Simon Odo, alias ‘Son of Satan’, who was married to 59 wives with over 300 children and grandchildren, has died at the age of 74.
One of his numerous sons, Emeka Odo, who confirmed his death to newsmen on Tuesday, said his burial arrangement had commenced.
Emeka said: “He has been down with illness for about three weeks now. We are having a family meeting to perfect arrangements for his burial as he left an instruction that we should not put him in the mortuary.”

Sympathisers were said to have been gathering at his large compound to commiserate with members of his family.
The late Odo was a native doctor, who hailed from Aji in Igbo-Eze North Local Government Area of Enugu State.
He died on Tuesday.
