Fake Nigerian doctor arrested in Libya
Police have arrested a fake Nigerian doctor for carrying out medical treatment on migrants in Sabha District, southwestern Libya.
The Migrant Rescue Watch disclosed this on Saturday, July 27, 2024.
The police also seized unlawfully obtained medical supplies during a raid on the suspect’s residence.

“23.07.24 – Police in Sabha arrested a Nigerian #migrant who was impersonating a doctor and was offering medical services to #migrant community,” the post read.
“During raid of his domicile police seized also unlawfully obtain medical supplies. The individual remains in custody pending completion of criminal investigation.”
