Father remanded for allegedly defiling teenage daughter in Lagos
On Tuesday, the Badagry Chief Magistrates’ Court remanded Joseph Gamor, 58, for allegedly defiling his 13-year-old daughter.
The sitting judge, Patrick Adekomaiya, declined to take a plea and remanded Gamor to the Awarjigoh Correctional Centre seeking legal advice from the director of public prosecution.
The prosecution counsel, Ayodele Adeosun, informed the court that the suspect defiled the kid in his home on the morning of May 9.
The defendant, a 58-year-old man, lives around Golden GLO bus stop, Imeke, Badagry.
