Cristiano Ronaldo’s search for his first major trophy with Al Nassr suffered another setback after the Saudi Arabian side were defeated 1–0 by Japan’s Gamba Osaka in the AFC Champions League Two final.

Despite late pressure and multiple attempts inside the final third, Gamba Osaka held firm, defending deep and showing composure to protect their lead until the final whistle.
