Ghanaians mock Nigeria after suffering 4-0 defeat to Portugal

Some Ghanaians have mocked Nigeria on social media after the Super Eagles suffered a 4-0 bashing to Portugal in a friendly game Thursday night.

Ghanaians asserted that Nigeria’s performance against a ‘Ronaldo-less’ Portugal is a proof to why the country could not qualify for the World Cup in Qatar.

A brace from Bruno Fernandes in the first half, and a goal each from Goancalo Ramos and Joao Mario ensured that the Super Eagles left the Estadio Jose Alvalade with the bitter taste of defeat.

Ghana stopped Nigeria from attending this World Cup after the Black Stars beat the Super Eagles to the qualifying ticket on two legs in March.
