A train on Monday had a head-on collision with a truck in Lagos causing a gridlock around Iju/Ishaga area of the state.
The incident reportedly occurred at about 8.52 am at Mofolasayo Drive, Jonathan Coker Road Level Crossing, Iju/Ishaga.
There were no reports of casualties recorded at the scene as of 10.30am but it was gathered that law enforcement officials were on the ground to attend to the situation.
Eyewitnesses’ account said the incident disrupted the free flow of traffic in the axis as motorists were advised to seek alternative routes.
