ASPMDA pays tribute to grand patron Ifeanyi Ubah
The Auto Spare Parts and Machinery Dealers Association (ASPMDA), Trade Fair Complex, Lagos, has expressed its sadness over the sudden death of Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, who was the grand patron of the association.
The association, in a statement by its Secretary, Sir Juventus Uche Okpala-Okaka, stated, “I am saddened to announce, as directed by the President of ASPMDA (Hon Ngozi Emechebe), the passing of our beloved Grand Patron, Senator Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah.”
ASPMDA added, “We are deeply saddened by this loss, and our thoughts are with his family, friends, and loved ones during this difficult time.”
The association says a condolence register will be officially opened on Monday, July 29, at the ASPMDA hall, as the Executive Director/CEO, Trade Fair Management Board, Barrister (Mrs.) Vera Ndanusa, is expected to officially open the register of condolence.
Members are also expected to register their condolences in the exercise that will last for three days.
Aside from members, the association has also invited some dignitaries including ASPMDA Board of Trustees (BoT) led by the BoT chairman, founding fathers, past presidents, past secretaries, and pioneer Block Officers.
Others expected to sign the condolence register are pioneer security and surveillance, central assembly, ASPMDA CSO, his deputy, and other security personnel, geopolitical zone leaders, bankers in the premises, and all consortiums in the premises.
Senator Ubah, who died in London over the weekend, represented Anambra South in the Senate, and was the founder of Capital Oil and Gas Industries Limited.
