Ijebu Appeals to BBNaija Winner Imisi to Apologise to Mother, End Public Clash

Nollywood actor Olatayo Amokade, popularly known as Ijebu, has appealed to Big Brother Naija Season 10 winner, Imisi, to reconcile with her mother and stop the public feud that began shortly after she won the ₦150 million BBNaija prize.

The actor made the appeal in a video posted on Instagram, addressing Imisi directly over the ongoing family rift.

Imisi, 23, has been in a public dispute with her mother after revealing painful childhood experiences during the reality show, including being raped at age 12 and undergoing an abortion at 13.

Her mother later accused her of neglecting the family, prompting a heated response from Imisi.

Ijebu urged the reality star to visit her mother, apologise, and seek forgiveness, describing her mother as her “mini god.”

“Imisi, I know you are a good girl. The Bible said we should honour our parents. Visit your mother, kneel down, hold her legs, and tell her you are sorry,” he said.

He warned Imisi to stop the online back-and-forth, adding:

“Let her pray for you. No matter what she did, she is still your mother. After this, I don’t want to hear any dragging again. If I do, I will be disappointed.”

The controversy has continued to attract reactions across social media, with many calling for peace between both parties.
