Industry giants, electric vehicles to dominate 25th Abuja International Motor Fair
Nigeria’s premier automotive showcase, the Abuja International Motor Fair, is set to return in grand style for its 25th anniversary edition, with organizers promising the most dynamic and expansive exhibition yet.
To be held under the theme “Driving the Future of Mobility in Nigeria,” this year’s fair will spotlight cutting-edge innovations in automotive technology, electric vehicles, and sustainable transport solutions.
Running from Tuesday, November 18 to Friday, November 21, 2025, at Eagle Square, the event is expected to draw thousands of visitors, including top government officials, corporate fleet buyers, car enthusiasts, and key players across Nigeria’s automotive ecosystem.
“This silver jubilee edition is not just a celebration of our journey so far — it is a bold statement about where mobility in Nigeria is headed,” said the organizing committee.
“We are pulling out all the stops to deliver a show that connects brands with consumers, showcases innovations, and sets the tone for the industry’s future.”
Several of Nigeria’s biggest automotive brands have confirmed their participation, securing large exhibition spaces and promising exciting model debuts and product showcases.
Headlining exhibitors are Toyota Nigeria, Mikano Motors, Coscharis Motors, and Cedric Autos, among others.
A statement by the organisers said visitors should expect to see a wide range of vehicles, from fuel-efficient sedans and rugged SUVs to electric buses and heavy-duty trucks.
It listed some of the confirmed models as follows:
“The fair will also feature a dedicated spare parts pavilion, test-drive opportunities, product launches, and a variety of side attractions for attendees,” it added.
With prime space at Eagle Square limited and major brands already locked in, organizers are urging other stakeholders — including auto service companies, spare parts dealers, financial institutions, and insurance firms — to secure their booths early.
“We are seeing a surge in bookings. To avoid missing out, interested companies must act fast to align with the marketing blitz we’re rolling out,” the committee stated.
“This is a rare opportunity to connect directly with thousands of consumers, corporate buyers, and decision-makers.”
For 25 years, the Abuja International Motor Fair has served as the leading platform for bridging the gap between auto manufacturers and the Nigerian market. As it marks a quarter-century milestone, the fair is reaffirming its place as West Africa’s largest and most influential automotive event.
Organizers are calling on car lovers, government agencies, transport operators, and the general public to attend and experience the innovations shaping the future of mobility in Nigeria.
