It costs $1.1 million to train a doctor in America. It costs $300,000 to train a doctor in England. It costs $85,000 to train a doctor in Ghana But it costs less than $15,000 to train to be a doctor in Nigeria.

And Nigerian doctors are one of the most sought after in the world. The amount of money foreign nations, like the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada, give to Nigeria is nothing compared to what Nigeria loses to them. When these countries poach a Nigerian-trained doctor or nurse, they rob us.
