Iwobi joins another EPL club in £22m deal
Alex Iwobi, the Super Eagles attacking midfielder, has joined Fulham from Everton FC.
According to the BBC, the deal is worth about £22 million including add-ons.
Iwobi is expected to sign a five-year contract at the London club, ending his four-year stay at Everton.
The transfer of 27-year-old Iwobi is one of several deals sealed on the last day for transfers in Europe’s big leagues, especially in England.
Chelsea continued their spending splurge, as another youngster Cole Palmer joined from Manchester City in a £42.5 million deal. Palmer becomes the club’s 11th summer signing.

Nottingham Forest signed six players in one day to take their summer business to 14 new entrants, while Barcelona loaned Ansu Fathi, previously described as a wonderkid, to Brighton.
The Catalans were the biggest movers on deadline day in Spain with the loan signings of Joao Cancelo and Joao Felix from Manchester City and Atletico Madrid respectively.
Paris Saint-Germain paid Eintracht £76.4m to take Randal Kolo Muani back to France.
Mason Greenwood will also have the chance to reignite his career following a loan move to Getafe.
