A shocking and tragic incident unfolded in Zengeza, Zimbabwe, yesterday when a jilted lover, Simbarashe Ashton Machipisa, 32, allegedly k!lled his former partner’s two-year-old son, Truth Maphosa, in a fit of rage.
Machipisa, who is known locally as Mabhutsu, reportedly went to the home of Nomsa Sengwe, 32, a hairdresser, searching for her after she had spent the night with a new partner. Sengwe had recently ended their relationship due to Machipisa’s v!olent behavior.
Upon finding Sengwe absent, Machipisa allegedly str@ngled Truth and then threw the child against a wall, in full view of Sengwe’s other five children, aged between four and fifteen. The horrifying scene prompted the children to cry out, alerting neighbours to the emergency.
