One person simply identified as Ogulagha-Wei has died in a renewed clash between Ogbe-Ijoh and Aladja communities in Warri Southwest and Udu council areas of Delta state, over a lingering boundary dispute.
Another is reportedly in critical condition, following a clash around 4 am on Friday.
The renewed attacks sprang from ongoing demarcation exercise of the disputed boundary by the Delta State Government and the two Local Government Council authorities.

A section of Ogbe-Ijoh people in a statement demanded immediate erection of their buildings destroyed in the process, within seven days, callinb on the Delta State Government to follow the demarcation already known to law.
The ultimatum expired Thursday evening, The Nation learnt.
Police spokesman, DSP Bright Edafe, confirmed the death of one to The Nation, in a text message.
