Just in: Otudeko’s lawyer protests in court against N12.3bn fraud charge
Oba Otudeko, chairman of the Honeywell Group, on Monday protested at a Federal High Court in Lagos against a N12.3bn fraud charge.
His lawyer, Mr Bode Olanipekun (SAN), told the court that the charge preferred against Otudeko and two others had not been served on him.

Olanipekun is the council to the three defendants.
The 13 counts were preferred by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) against Otudeko; a former Managing Director of First Bank Plc, Olabisi Onasanya; and a former board member of Honeywell, Soji Akintayo.
They were charged alongside a firm, Anchorage Leisure Ltd.
EFCC alleged that the defendants obtained the sum under false pretences.
