Katsina governor’s aide dies in car accident
Shamsudeen Abubakar, the Senior Special Assistant on Islamic Education to the Governor of Katsina State, Dikko Radda, has died in a car accident.
The accident occurred on Tuesday, Oct. 17, around the Rigachikun area of the state.
He was buried on the same day in his hometown.

This comes less than two months after his appointment was announced and celebrated.
A member representing Malumfashi Constituency in the Katsina State House of Assembly, Aminu Ibrahim; Commissioner of Budget and Economic Planning, Bello Kagara; and some of his personal aides attended the funeral prayer and interment of the deceased on Tuesday.
Radda also led a team of sympathisers during his visit to the family of the late aide.
He prayed for the repose of his soul and called on God to take care of his family.
The governor’s late aide was survived by his three wives and four children.
