The family of legendary Afrobeat singer, Fela Anikulapo Kuti, has issued a disclaimer against the All Progressive Congress, APC, for using his song for their social media campaign.
Femi Kuti took to Instagram and revealed that the party did not seek the permission of Fela’s family before using his song, ‘Eko Ile’, in all their social media campaigns.
It was stressed that the family does not use Fela’s song for political campaigns, as they maintain a neutral ground in political matters.
