Kwankwasiyya Youth Set Conditions to Back Gov Yusuf After NNPP Exit
Kano, Nigeria — Youth groups aligned with the Kwankwasiyya Movement have stated they are ready to support Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, but only if he genuinely empowers young people and addresses alleged marginalisation following his exit from the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP).
Representatives of the groups emphasised that while they acknowledge the governor’s political realignment, they will only back him if he delivers on youth inclusion in governance, decision-making, and political appointments. (thenationonlineng.net)
