Minister of Works, Mr David Umahi, made this known after inspecting the ongoing rehabilitation of the Lagos end of the road.
Umahi, who pointed out that the project would be done on concrete pavement, promised that the contractor would be picked on a selective bidding.
He commended the Ogun State Government for taking up the rehabilitation of 70km of the expressway, said the government would benefit from the fresh project to be on a Build and Maintain arrangement including tolling.
