Lifeless body of woman found inside Lagos church after vigil
A 41-year-old woman, Benita Ikuenobe, was discovered lifeless inside the auditorium of the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM) Prayer City along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, in what appears to be a case of suicide.
Security analyst Zagazola Makama reported that the incident took place early Friday morning and was brought to light by the church’s Chief Security Officer, Esiere Ekikere.

According to Ekikere, he received a distress call around 7:20 a.m. alerting him to an unconscious woman lying on the floor inside the auditorium.
When he arrived at the scene, the woman was found unresponsive, with an empty bottle of what is believed to be a poisonous substance, identified as “Sniper,” placed beside her.
Police officers later arrived to examine the scene. Photographs were taken for record purposes, and the body was subsequently transported to the morgue at Real Divine Hospital, where an autopsy will be carried out.
