Many passengers of a commuter bus are feared dead in Ebonyi after the vehicle skidded off the road and plunged into a 32-feet deep ditch on Saturday, August 14.
The accident reportedly occurred around 1:30pm, along Abakaliki-Ikwo Expressway at Enyigba-Izzi community in the Abakaliki Local Government Area of Ebonyi State.
The rescue team including some Nigeria Police Force personnel and marshals of the Federal Road Safety Corps reportedly had a tough time trying to bring out the victims and ensure maximum security as well as traffic control within the area.
