Many intending hajj pilgrims injured in Nasarawa bus crash
Some intending hajj pilgrims travelling from Nasarawa to Abuja on Wednesday were reportedly injured in a bus accident recorded along Keffi-Abuja road.
They were on their way to Abuja for airlifting to Saudi Arabia on Thursday for the annual Islamic pilgrimage.
No immediate details on how the 18-seater bus conveying the prospective Saudi pilgrims got involved in the accident.

Vanguard reported that those injured had been taken to the hospital for medical attention.
It was also not immediately known if there was any loss of lives.
Reactions
The Chairman of the Nasarawa State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, Alhaji Ibrahim Musa, has also commiserated with the victims and their families. He said the board would do everything possible to ensure their welfare and comfort.
The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has also expressed its sympathy and solidarity with the pilgrims and the state government.
The commission said it would work with the relevant agencies to provide adequate care for the affected people.
