President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the reappointment of Mojisola Adeyeye as the director-general of the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC).
The agency disclosed the development via its social media pages on Friday.
“Prof. Mojisola Christianah Adeyeye has been reappointed as the Director-General of NAFDAC for the second and final tenure of five years. She stopped by briefly at the corporate headquarters in Abuja to meet with some Directors and staff,” the agency wrote.
This is coming weeks after speculations over whether she would be reappointed after her first five-year tenure ended in November 2022.
