Nigeria International striker Victor Osimhen is reportedly fast recuperating yesterday hit the gym for personalised training after he injured his right calf last weekend ahead of the clash against Salernitana on Sunday
Napoli will be away in Poland today for their return leg against Legia Warsaw in the Europa League but the club yesterday confirmed Osimhen current status , amid claims that both Fabian Ruiz and Lorenzo Insigne would not be available.
“[Victor] Osimhen and [Kevin] Malcuit did personalised work in the gym,” the club wrote in a statement. “Fabian personalised on the pitch for a slight fatigue in the left adductor.

“Insigne has done personalised work to complete the recovery programme following the problem sustained on Saturday.
“Fabian and Insigne will not travel for Warsaw.”
Napoli are unbeaten in six games across all competitions and have kept five consecutive clean sheets, including the 3-0 win at home against Legia.
But there were no further details about Osimhen’s availability for the trip to Poland, a couple of Italian media outlets claimed the in-form striker would at best be available for Sunday’s Serie A clash against Verona.
“Victor Osimhen will be closely followed by a coach and a member of the medical staff on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday to discover whether he will be ready to play against Verona on Sunday,” claimed Tutto Napoli.
